Shipping policy

Free Delivery:

• Free delivery on orders over £45 in the UK.

Standard UK Postage:

• Orders under £45 incur a flat fee of £4.99.

Dispatch Time:

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days. During high volume periods, dispatch may take an additional day or two.

Delivery Estimates:

• UK: Up to 7 working days
  

Urgent Orders:

• If you need an order urgently or have questions, please get in touch.

Order Tracking:

• If your order is delayed, contact us. Proof of postage can be provided upon request.

Correct Delivery Details:

• Ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of order. Once dispatched, we cannot amend delivery details. Customers are responsible for re-delivery costs due to incorrect information. No refunds will be made for lost items due to incorrect addresses.

Delivery Notes and Liability:

• Adding delivery notes or requesting delivery to a safe place, different location, or neighbor transfers liability to the customer once tracking shows as delivered.

Import Duties/Taxes:

• International orders may incur import duty/taxes. Customers are responsible for these fees. Check your country’s policy before placing an order.

Missed Deliveries:

• If not in at the time of delivery, a card will be left with collection or redelivery details. Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and refunded excluding postage costs.
